Terms of Service

1. What NoKYCSwap is

NoKYCSwap ("the Service") is a front-end to third-party liquidity aggregators. It does not hold, custody or issue any crypto-asset. When you create an exchange, the Service forwards your request to an upstream routing provider which generates a single-use deposit address; funds transit that provider and are delivered to the destination address you supplied.

2. No account, no custody

There are no accounts, passwords, seed phrases or balances on the Service. The Service never takes possession of your funds. Each exchange is atomic and independent. The Service therefore cannot freeze, reverse or recover an exchange once initiated.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the destination address, refund address and any tag/memo you provide. Mistyped addresses are irrecoverable.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • You must not use the Service to process funds derived from crime, to evade sanctions, or to facilitate terrorism financing. See our AML statement.

4. Rates and fees

Quotes are indicative until a deposit is confirmed. Float-rate orders execute at the market rate at confirmation. Fixed-rate orders lock a rate for ten minutes from the moment the deposit is detected; a late deposit triggers an Emergency state offering refund or acceptance of the current market rate. A small platform fee may be included in the displayed rate.

5. Upstream availability

The Service depends on the availability of upstream liquidity and blockchain networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific execution speeds, or the availability of any given pair at any given time. Maintenance and network outages are surfaced in the widget when known.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service, its operators and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost funds, or lost opportunities arising out of your use of the Service — including losses resulting from a mistyped address, a wrong-network deposit, an upstream outage, or a market move during settlement.

8. Changes

These Terms may change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
