THORChain (RUNE) is a Cosmos-SDK chain that provides native cross-chain liquidity: real BTC for real ETH, real BCH for real LTC, no wrapped tokens, no bridges. RUNE is its native asset and the bond that secures the validator set. Swapping RUNE without KYC is the natural acquisition path for THORChain LPs, savers, and node operators.

About THORChain

THORChain uses a continuous liquidity pool model with RUNE on one side of every pool. Adding liquidity exposes you to impermanent loss against RUNE; the protocol pays compensating yield. Savers (one-sided deposits with no IL) exist for major assets.
